Alignment optimization is a time‑efficient, cost-effective, technology process that provides much improved outcomes for strategic initiatives. With these services, I am able to quickly transform the opinions of stakeholders into valuable, viable, and broadly endorsed plans.

Business Transition Support Services

I work with business owners as a key trusted advisor throughout the process of selling their company. I augment internal staff as needed, provide experienced support for other trusted advisors when called upon, and continue to work on many post-transaction issues after the other advisors have completed their work.
